There are many cookies in Indonesia, and one of most known must be Nastar . It is very seldom for families in Indonesia to have Nastar in ordinary days . Nastar is usually served in special occasions , such as Idul Fitri or Imlek ( Chinese Lunar New Year ) .
Nastar ( Pineapple Tart) is actually not an original Indonesian snack . It came from Netherland ( Dutch) during the occupation and colonilization of Ducth to Indonesia. . The Name of Nastar came from Ananas ( Dutch= Pineapple) and Tart , and those two terms became Ananastart or later known as Nastar .
Nastar then develope in to many variances , and one of those is Nastar with chocolate . Looks like very delicious, isn't it?
