Kastengel is one of the legendary cookie in Indonesia . Like Nastar, it is also from Dutch . Kastengel came from the words of kaas ( Dutch= Cheese) and Stengels ( Dutch= Bar).
Kastengel in Indonesia is the modified one since its original length is 30 cm . But , even though it is very short, it is vey delicious and one of my favourite snack. What about you ?
